微热管中工质量的多少,不仅影响微热管的传热性能,而且会影响微热管的传热安全性、可靠性与抗冻性。为了研究烧结式微热管中工质量的实验数学模型,通过对微热管工作原理与热流密度变化规律的分析,建立了微热管中工质量的数学模型,并通过对以蒸馏水作为工质,且对微热管灌注不同的工质量,在不同的温度下进行传热性能试验,对所建立模型中的相关参数进行求解。结果表明,在实际应用中,用所建立的实验模型进行计算,得出的工质量对烧结式微热管进行灌注,可以使烧结式微热管得到很好的传热性能。
