中职院校学生大都经历了中考失败而进入职业院校学习,所以心理上大多存有自卑感,这种自卑感在一定程度上降低中职生在语文学习过程中的学习动机。因此,为了改变这一现状,教师要从实际出发,根据学生实际学习水平及教学内容,积极探究学习动机产生的规律,努力激发和培养学生学习语文的动机,从而帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯,提高学生综合素养,使学生成为高素质的技术型人才。本文以如何更好地在中职语文教学课堂中激发和培养学生的学习动机为主要内容进行相应探究。
Most students in vocational colleges experienced the entrance examination failed to enter vocational schools, so most of the psychological existence of inferiority complex, which to a certain extent, lower vocational students in language learning process of learning motivation. This dissertation explores how to stimulate and cultivate students’ learning motivation better in secondary vocational school Chinese teaching.
