近年来某些新型抗生素的不断应用对新生儿肺炎等新生儿感染性疾病的治疗起到了重大作用,但对某些患儿效果并不够理想,特别是有某些免疫缺陷的患儿以及一些早产儿、低体重儿等。199510至199704,我们应用免疫球蛋白(ＩＶＩＧ）治疗新生儿肺炎26例,取得显著疗效。现将结果报告如下
