随着LCD模块在多媒体显示系统中的广泛应用,由于系统对LCD的分辨率要求不断提高及显示丰富多彩的视频信息,使系统频率也变得越来越高。当系统的频率超过40MHz时,用传统的采用滤波器的方法来抑制EMI和ESD的技术也达到其应用极限。文章根据系统的特点提出采用DC均衡的差分传输技术和数据处理技术的结合方法来抑制系统的EMI。文章提出的控制EMI的技术是首先对传输数据进行处理,使处理后的数据基本趋近于0,并将已处理的数据以DC平衡的差分方式进行传输。文章提出的技术提高了LCD模块的传输的抗干扰能力,适合于折叠式手机主板与LCD模块之间的数据传输。
With the wide application of LCD module in multimedia display system, the system frequency is getting higher and higher due to the increasing requirement of LCD resolution and the display of colorful video information. When the system frequency exceeds 40MHz, the traditional method of using the filter to suppress EMI and ESD technology also reached its application limit. According to the characteristics of the system, this paper proposes a combination of differential transmission technology using DC balance and data processing technology to suppress the EMI of the system. The EMI control technique proposed in this paper is to first process the transmitted data so that the processed data will basically approach zero, and the processed data will be transmitted in a DC balanced and differential manner. The technology proposed in this paper improves the anti-interference ability of the LCD module transmission and is suitable for the data transmission between the folding phone motherboard and the LCD module.
