应用腹腔镜超声技术（ＬａｐＵＳ）对３０例怀疑腹内恶性肿瘤病人进行分期诊断和术中应用，旨在探讨ＬａｐＵＳ对腹内恶性肿瘤分期诊断和治疗中的价值。结果显示ＬａｐＵＳ对腹内肿瘤诊断正确率达９６．７％（２９／３０），１２例避免了不必要的剖腹探查术（占４０％），腹腔淋巴结转移诊断正确率８６．７％。结论认为ＬａｐＵＳ对腹内恶性肿瘤准确定位、准确分期提供非常有价值的信息，而腹腔镜超声引导下穿刺活检可明显提高诊断正确率，从而可判断恶性肿瘤切除性、减少不必要的剖腹探查术及指导手术方式和切除范围。
The laparoscopic ultrasonography (LapUS) was used to perform staging diagnosis and intraoperative application in 30 patients with suspected intra-abdominal malignancies in order to investigate the value of La pUS in the staging and treatment of intra-abdominal malignancies. The results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of LapUS was 96.7% (29/30) for intra-abdominal tumors, 12 cases avoided unnecessary exploratory laparotomy (40%), and the diagnostic accuracy of abdominal lymph node metastasis was 86.7%. Conclusion LapUS is considered to provide very valuable information for the accurate localization and accurate staging of intra-abdominal malignancies. Laparoscopic ultrasound-guided biopsy can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy. This can be used to judge resection of malignant tumors and reduce unnecessary exploratory laparotomy. And guide the surgical approach and scope of resection.
