对红宝石喜林芋、箭叶喜林芋和心叶喜林芋组织培养研究的结果表明:BA 与NAA 对3 种喜林芋试管苗的增殖和生长效应明显。在相同培养条件下,试管内形成组织团块能力为箭叶喜林芋> 心叶喜林芋> 红宝石喜林芋;分化芽能力( 芽苗增殖倍数) 为红宝石喜林芋> 箭叶喜林芋> 心叶喜林芋;芽高生长为箭叶喜林芋> 心叶喜林芋> 红宝石喜林芋;生根所需时间为心叶喜林芋> 红宝石喜林芋> 箭叶喜林芋;20 d 芽苗生根率为箭叶喜林芋> 红宝石喜林芋> 心叶喜林芋。
The results of tissue culture studies on ruby konjac, arrowroot konjac and heart konnyaku showed that the effects of BA and NAA on the proliferation and growth of three kinds of konjac taro were obvious. Under the same culture conditions, the ability of forming tissue mass in test tubes was the same as that of the arrowroot roots> the hippophae rhamnoides> the hippophae roots of Ruby; the capacity of differentiating buds (multiplication ratio of buds) Bud height for the arrow Ye Lin> Taro hi Lin> ruby Hippophae; rooting time required for heart hi taro> ruby hi taro arrow arrow hi taro; 20 d bud seedling root arrowroot taro> ruby hi taro Heart Xilin Lin.
