沉默信息调节因子1(silence information regulator1,SIRT1)属于Ⅲ类组蛋白去乙酰化酶(ⅢHDACs)家族,也是高度保守性的sirtuin家族7个成员(SIRT1-SIRT7)之一~([1])。sirtuin家族的第1个成员Sir2最初发现于酿酒酵母体内~([2]),与哺乳动物体内SIRT1同源。SIRT1作为目前研究最多最深入的sirtuin家族成员,在哺乳动物细胞内广泛表达,通过对蛋白的去乙酰化作用参与体内众多的细胞反应,如细胞增殖、凋亡、基因沉默及炎症
Silence information regulator1 (SIRT1) belongs to the class Ⅲ histone deacetylase (ⅢHDACs) family and is also one of the 7 highly conserved sirtuin family members (SIRT1-SIRT7) ~ ([1]). Sir2, the first member of the sirtuin family, was originally found in Saccharomyces cerevisiae ~ ([2]) and is homologous to mammalian SIRT1. SIRT1, as the most studied and most in-depth sirtuin family member, is widely expressed in mammalian cells and participates in numerous cellular responses such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, gene silencing and inflammation through deacetylation of proteins
