对金粟兰属植物多穗金粟兰Chloranthus multistachys的化学成分进行研究。利用反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备液相色谱等方法对其进行提取、分离和纯化,并利用核磁共振(NMR)、质谱等现代波谱技术对所得化合物的结构进行鉴定。从多穗金粟兰根的氯仿萃取部位和乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到了19个化合物,分别鉴定为zederone epoxide(1),chlomultin C(2),curcolonol(3),sarcaglaboside A(4),zedoarofuran(5),(1E,4Z)-8-hydroxy-6-oxogermacra-1(10),4,7(11)-trieno-12,8-lactone(6),chloranoside A(7),没药素A(8),(8α)-6,8-dihydroxycadina-7(11),10(15)-dien-12-oic acid-γ-lactone(9),党参内酯(10),粗叶木内酯A(11),12,15-epoxy-5αH,9βH-labda-8(17),13-dien-19-oicacid(12),12R,15-dihydroxylabda-8(17),13E-dien-19-oic acid(13),反式桂皮酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(14),反式-N-p-香豆酰酪胺(15),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(16),2’-羟基-4,4’,6’-三甲氧基查耳酮(17),岩白菜素(18)和enedione(19)。化合物1,2,4,7~10和12~19为首次从多穗金粟兰中分离得到,其中化合物14~19为首次从金粟兰属植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of the genus Chloranthus multistachys were studied. The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the obtained compounds were determined by using modern spectroscopic techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry Identification. A total of 19 compounds were isolated from chloroform extract and ethyl acetate extract of Prunus mumellin and identified as zederone epoxide (1), chlomultin C (2), curcolonol (3), sarcaglaboside A (4) and zedoofofuran 5, (1E, 4Z) -8-hydroxy-6-oxogermacra-1 (10), 4,7 (11) -trieno-12,8-lactone (6), chloranoside A (8), (8α) -6,8-dihydroxycadina-7 (11), 10 (15) -dien-12-oic acid-γ- lactone (9), Codonopsis lactone (10) (17), 13E-dien-19-oic (12), 12R, 15-epoxy- (14), trans-Np-coumarate tyramide (15), dibutyl phthalate (16), 2’-hydroxy-4 , 4 ’, 6’-trimethoxychalcone (17), bergenin (18) and enedione (19). Compounds 1, 2, 4, 7-10 and 12-19 were isolated for the first time from Psitium moreum, compounds 14-19 were isolated from the genus Coturnum for the first time.
