本文收集我科1966~1982年外科治疗的食管癌370例及贲门癌79例共449例进行临床病理分析,着重讨论影响手术切除率及生存率的可能有关因素。 临床资料分析 年龄与性别 本组食管癌与贲门癌患者的最大年龄分别为76岁和73岁,最小为23岁和30岁,高发的年龄组均为40~59岁,分别占75.6%及73.4%。男女之比分别为4.4:1及6.2:1。 病程 食管癌及贲门癌患者的病程不足3个月者分别有184例(49.7%)及27例(34.2%),3~6个月134例(36.2%)及21例(26.6%),6~12个月42例(11.4%)及25例(31.6%),
