无调节人工晶体已被人们广泛地应用于临床。但因术限不能恢复调节,妨碍了双眼视功能的重建,从而使有凋节人工晶体的研究再度受到重视,并取得了较大进展。本文综述了有调节人工晶体的历史发展,植入材料及手术技术的改进,比较了直接和间接两种植入方法的优缺点,展示了动物实验结果和调节的评价方法,并展望了其发展趋势。指出尽管植入材料和手术技术的进步已使有调节人工晶体在动物实验中获得初步成功,但因其并发症等诸多有待解决的问题的存在,其前景尚不宜盲目乐观。
Uncontrolled intraocular lens has been widely used in clinical practice. However, due to the limitation can not be resumed regulation, hinder the reconstruction of binocular vision, so that the withered IOL re-emphasis, and made great progress. This review summarizes the advances in the field of modulated intraocular lenses, improvements in implant materials and surgical techniques, compares the advantages and disadvantages of both direct and indirect implantation methods, presents experimental results and regulatory evaluation methods for animals, and looks into their trends . It is pointed out that although the progress of implanted materials and surgical techniques have made the initial success of modulated intraocular lens (IOL) in animal experiments, the prospects of the intraocular lens due to its complications and many other unresolved problems should not be blindly optimistic.
