地震在自然灾害中的危害性很强,橡胶作为一种高分子弹性体材料,能起到减轻地震破坏力度的作用,从20世纪50年代起就被视作对付地震的特种材料。尽管迄今有关橡胶防震的应用仍处于初步阶段,但从已取得的效果来看,则有其他材料无可比拟的特点。以橡胶为基材的防地震制品相继问世,在日本、美国等取得了进展,在我国也开展了这方面的研究、试用,积累了成果。本文从减震理论和实际应用两个方面,介绍地震专业界业已认可的叠层减震橡胶支座设计、制造和应用情况。
Earthquake is very dangerous in natural disasters. As a kind of polymer elastic material, rubber can play an important role in mitigating earthquakes. Since the 1950s, rubber has been regarded as a special material to deal with earthquakes. Although so far the application of rubber shock is still in its infancy, but from the results obtained, there are unparalleled features of other materials. Earthquake-resistant rubber-based products have come out in succession, in Japan, the United States made progress in our country also carried out research in this area, trial, and accumulated results. This article introduces the design, manufacture and application of the laminated rubber bearing with seismic reduction that has been approved by the earthquake professional community from the aspects of shock absorption theory and practical application.
