湘南地区晚泥盆世地层发育,是该区金属矿床重要的赋矿层位。近年来我们分别在宁远大坝头地区佘田桥组和江永县城郊锡矿山组中发现了较为丰富的遗迹化石。与该区晚泥盆世生物群落景观比较,这些层段表现出不同的生物组合特征。遗迹化石的发现,为该区沉积环境和古生态学研究提供了新的资料,对地层划分对比也有一定的意义。本文研究的遗迹化石系1979年我们在关尹文副研究员带领下野外考察时发现的。笔者共采集化石标本十多块,分为两种类型。
The Late Devonian strata in southern Hunan are developed and are the important ore-bearing strata of the metal deposits in this area. In recent years, we have found abundant rhyolite fossils in the Shetianqiao Formation in the dam area of Ningyuan Dam and the tin mine in the outskirts of Jiangyong County. Compared with the Late Devonian biomes in this area, these layers show different characteristics of biological assemblages. The discovery of trace fossils provides new information for the study of sedimentary environment and paleoecology in the area, and has certain significance for stratigraphic division and contrast. The relic fossils studied in this paper were discovered in the field investigation under the leadership of associate Guan Yinwen in 1979. The author collected a total of more than 10 fossil specimens, divided into two types.
