大功率白光LED的寿命测定

我们已开发出了大功率长寿命且可广泛地应用于日常照明领域的白光LED模块。由于其封装材料在高温环境下坚固耐用,使得LED在结温(Tj)超过250℃的情况下仍可照常工作。而且,该封装材料的热阻小于20℃/W。因此,该装置在输入功率高达2.4W的情况下仍可照常工作,这样可以缩短加速寿命实验所需的时间。其加速比例已远远超过了100。采用热激活降解方法和Arrhenius模型,确定该LED芯片在Tj为130℃时,使用寿命为40 000h(其光通维持率为50%)。其衰减过程的激活能量为1.55eV。 We have developed white LED modules for high power and long life that are widely used in everyday lighting. Because of its rugged packaging materials in high temperature environments, the LEDs still operate as long as the junction temperature (Tj) exceeds 250 ° C. Moreover, the package material has a thermal resistance of less than 20 ° C / W. Therefore, the device can work as usual even with input power up to 2.4W, which can shorten the time required for accelerated life test. The speedup has far exceeded 100. The heat-activated degradation method and the Arrhenius model were used to determine the service life of the LED chip at 40 ℃ for Tj of 130 ℃ (the luminous flux of 50%). The activation energy of its decay process is 1.55eV.
