用超音速火焰喷涂方法在灰口铸铁表面进行了WC/Co涂层的喷涂,对灰铸铁表面及在其上喷涂的WC/Co涂层摩擦磨损特性进行了研究。结果表明,灰铸铁表面用超音速喷涂涂层后,耐磨性大大提高,喷涂的WC/Co涂层磨损机理表现为微观剥落,而灰铸铁基底材料则表现为磨粒磨损。
The WC / Co coating was sprayed on the surface of gray cast iron by supersonic flame spraying method. The friction and wear characteristics of gray cast iron surface and WC / Co coating sprayed on it were studied. The results show that the abrasion resistance of the gray cast iron surface is greatly enhanced by supersonic spray coating. The wear mechanism of WC / Co coating is micro-spalling while the gray cast iron base material is abrasive wear.
