目的:观察纳米活性炭在腹腔及机体各脏器中的分布。方法:取昆明种小鼠经一次腹腔或尾静脉注射纳米活性炭,多次不同时间点解剖小鼠,观察纳米活性炭的去向及在腹腔的存留情况。结果:经腹腔注射的纳米活性炭在腹腔内有明显的淋巴趋向性,腹腔内纳米活性炭有随时间减少的倾向,经静脉注射的纳米活性炭随血液可以分布到全身各个脏器。结论:纳米活性炭在体内有明显的淋巴靶向性,肾脏及肠管可能对纳米活性炭有排泄作用,机体有能力排泄纳米活性炭。
Objective: To observe the distribution of nano-activated carbon in abdominal organs and various organs of the body. METHODS: Kunming mice were injected intraperitoneally or caudally with nanometer activated carbon, mice were dissected at different time points to observe the orientation of nanometer activated carbon and its survival in the abdominal cavity. Results: The intraperitoneal injection of nano - activated carbon in the abdominal cavity have obvious lymph tendency, intraperitoneal nanocarbon has a tendency to reduce over time, intravenous injection of nano - activated carbon with blood can be distributed to various organs of the body. Conclusion: Nano-activated carbon in the body has obvious lymphatic targeting, kidney and intestine may excrete nano-activated carbon, the body has the ability to excrete nano-activated carbon.
