用人外周血淋巴细胞常规微核法与双核细胞微核法 ,对同一群丙烯腈接触工人分别检测 ,进行比较。结果显示 ,两种检测方法的外周血淋巴细胞微核率均随工龄增长而上升 ,且呈线性正相关。双核细胞法较常规法敏感 ,且可减少计数误差。建议在接触毒物人群的遗传损伤监护中 ,使用双核细胞法 ,以提高结果的准确度及遗传损伤的敏感性
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes using conventional micronuclei and dual-nuclei micronuclei, the same group of acrylonitrile exposed workers were detected, compared. The results showed that the two detection methods of peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate increased with the increase of length of service, and a positive linear correlation. Binuclear cell method is more sensitive than conventional methods, and can reduce the counting error. It is recommended to use the binucleate cell method in genetic damage monitoring in contact with poisons to improve the accuracy of the results and the sensitivity of genetic damage
