测定生活饮用水中锰的方法,主要包括原子吸收光谱法和过硫酸铵(或高碘酸钾)氧化分光光度法。前者虽然灵敏度高,可以直接测定,但仪器昂贵,不适宜基层检测机构。过硫酸铵分光光度法因所需设备简单,目前在基层被普遍应用,但该方法需反复加热,操作繁琐。笔者对过硫酸铵分光光度法做了适当改进,采用加大银离子浓度的方法,省去加热浓缩的步骤,可直接进行测定。改进后的方法操作简便,免去了加热煮沸浓缩的
Methods for the determination of manganese in drinking water include atomic absorption spectrometry and ammonium persulfate (or potassium periodate) oxidation spectrophotometry. Although the former has high sensitivity, it can be directly measured, but the instrument is expensive, not suitable for grass-roots testing agencies. Ammonium persulfate spectrophotometry due to the simple equipment required, is currently widely used in the grass-roots level, but the method requires repeated heating, cumbersome operation. The author of ammonium persulfate spectrophotometry made the appropriate improvements, the method of increasing the concentration of silver ions, eliminating the need for heating and concentration steps can be directly measured. The improved method is easy to operate, eliminating the need for heating and boiling
