目的探讨海水淹溺后体内生化指标的变化,进一步了解海水淹溺后对人体内环境的影响。方法分析27例海水淹溺患者体内的相关生化指标数值,特别是心肌酶谱、肝功能、血气分析、胸部影像学变化等。结果 27例海水淹溺的患者,除1例淹溺致肺水肿引发急性呼吸窘迫综合征,体内生化指标明显变化外,其他的患者血生化指标基本正常,与文献报道有较大出入。结论淹溺时间短、年龄轻、检查时间早等因素对体内各项生化指标影响相对较大,合并ARDS者预后较差。
Objective To explore the changes of in vivo biochemical indexes after seawater drowning, and to understand the influence of seawater on human environment after drowning. Methods 27 cases of sea water drowning in patients with biochemical indicators related to the value, especially myocardial enzymes, liver function, blood gas analysis, chest imaging changes. Results In 27 cases of seawater drowning, except one case of pulmonary edema caused by drowning caused acute respiratory distress syndrome, the biochemical indicators of the patients were significantly changed, while the other patients had basically normal blood biochemical indexes, which were quite different from those reported in the literature. Conclusion The factors such as short drowning time, light age and early checkup time have relatively great impact on the biochemical indexes in the body. The prognosis of patients with ARDS is poor.
