目的通过对广元市医疗机构放射工作人员的健康体检资料的分析,了解其身体健康现状,为今后采取相应的辐射防护管理工作及干预措施提供寻证依据。方法对124家医疗机构的413名在岗放射工作人员健康检查资料进行统计分析。结果受检查413名,其中男317名,女96名,平均年龄(38.51±10.13)岁;异常检出198名,异常率47.94%。异常检出项:眼科38.98%,血常规16.71%,腹部超声16.22%,心电图7.75%,肝功能5.33%,肝功能5.33%,尿常规3.15%,染色体1.69%,血压1.21%,血生化0.97%,甲状腺功能0.73%,肾功能0.73%,血糖0.73%,既往史0.48%,皮肤科0.48%。异常检出率的年龄分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=34.810,P<0.05),男女性别、医疗机构级别无统计学差异;工作适应性的医疗级别分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.340,P<0.05),男女性别、年龄分布无统计学差异。结论在进行体检的医疗放射人员中,总体适应较好,结果提示亚健康率随年龄的增加而增加,建议医疗机构做好放射防护工作的同时,加强对放射工作人员的培训,提高其放射防护意识,杜绝不规范操作,同时医疗放射人员自身积极开展健身运动,合理膳食,提高身体素质。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the health examination data of radiation workers in medical institutions in Guangyuan, understand the status quo of their health, and provide evidence for the future radiation protection management and intervention measures. Methods The data of health check-up of 413 on-the-job radiographers in 124 medical institutions were statistically analyzed. Results 413 subjects were examined, including 317 males and 96 females, with an average age of (38.51 ± 10.13) years; 198 anomaly were detected and the abnormality rate was 47.94%. Abnormal detection items: ophthalmology 38.98%, blood 16.71%, abdominal ultrasound 16.22%, ECG 7.75%, liver function 5.33%, liver function 5.33%, urine routine 3.15%, chromosome 1.69%, blood pressure 1.21%, blood biochemical 0.97% 0.73% of thyroid function, 0.73% of renal function, 0.73% of blood glucose, 0.48% of past history and 0.48% of dermatology. There were significant differences in the age distribution of the abnormality detection rate (χ ~ 2 = 34.810, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in gender and medical institution level between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 6.340, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in gender and age distribution between men and women. Conclusion Among the medical radiologists performing medical examination, the overall adaptability is good. The results suggest that the sub-health rate increases with the increase of age. It is suggested that medical institutions should do a good job in radiological protection and at the same time, strengthen the training of radiological workers and enhance their radiological protection Awareness, to eliminate non-standard operation, while medical radiology staff to actively carry out their own fitness exercises, a reasonable diet, improve physical fitness.
