中药含药血清药理研究始于80年代,进入90年代后,国内陆续开展了这方面的一些研究工作。近年来,中药含药血清药理研究有了进一步的拓展与深化,现综述如下。1 中药含药血清药理研究现状1.1 对单核细胞产生内生致热原影响的研究 杨氏等研究发现,含黄芩血清对伤寒、副伤寒内毒素诱导单核细胞产生内生致热原过程中,能明显抑制单核细胞内DNA合成,抑制Ca~(2+)内流,因而能阻止内生致热原的合成,可能是黄芩解热作用机理之一。含香薷血清、含羌活胜湿汤血清、含九味羌活丸血清三者对单核细胞内DNA合成均有明显抑制,作用强弱顺序为九味羌活丸>羌活胜湿汤>香薷;对单核细胞蛋白质合成的影响,香薷呈明显量效递增性抑制作用,而羌活胜湿汤
