目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定跌打片中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量的方法。方法:采用kromasilTMC_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长212 nm,柱温:35℃。结果:川续断皂苷Ⅵ进样量在0.347 3~2.430 8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.1%(RSD=1.33%,n=9)。结论:所建立的方法简便快捷、准确可靠,专属性强,可用于跌打片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Diclazuril Ⅵ in tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The gradient elution was carried out on a kromasil TMMC 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was set at 212 nm. 35 ° C. Results: The linear range was 0.347 3 ~ 2.430 8 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recoveries were 99.1% (RSD = 1.33%, n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate, reliable and specific. It can be used for the quality control of beetles.
