[目的]自创云合健身功,探讨其对锻炼大学生心身状况的影响。[方法]随机抽取49名医学生为对照组。42人开设云合健身功课程,为实验组。课程前后分别测查安静心率、肺活量及SCL-90、POMS量表。[结果]对照组与实验组比较安静心率、肺活量,SCL-90量表的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、敌对,以及POMS量表TMD得分均有统计学差异。[结论]整合少数民族舞功与传统保健体育的云合健身功具有身心调节功能。
[Objective] To create Yunhe Fitness Exercise and discuss its influence on physical and mental condition of training college students. [Methods] 49 medical students were randomly selected as the control group. 42 people opened Yunhe fitness exercises for the experimental group. Before and after the course were measured quiet heart rate, vital capacity and SCL-90, POMS scale. [Results] Compared with the experimental group, the resting heart rate, vital capacity, somatization, coercion, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, hostility and SCL-90 scale of the control group and the POMS scale were significantly different. [Conclusion] Yunhe Fitness Exercise, which integrates the dance skill of ethnic minorities and traditional health care, has the function of body and mind regulation.
