[目的]建立了啶酰菌胺原药的气相色谱分析方法。[方法]以邻苯二甲酸二癸酯为内标物,使用TR-5石英毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器对试样中啶酰菌胺进行分离和测定。[结果]啶酰菌胺的线性相关系数为0.9994,标准偏差为0.14,变异系数为0.14%,平均回收率为99.69%。[结论]该方法操作简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好,适合于啶酰菌胺原药的定量分析。 [Objective] The research aimed to establish gas chromatographic analysis method of boscalid. [Method] With the decidyl phthalate as internal standard, the boscalid in the sample was separated and determined by using TR-5 quartz capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector. [Result] The linear correlation coefficient of boscalid was 0.9994, the standard deviation was 0.14, the coefficient of variation was 0.14% and the average recovery was 99.69%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, accurate and accurate, and has good linearity. It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of boscalid.
