脑脊膜黑色素细胞瘤是中枢神经系统罕见的良性肿瘤,其发生率占中枢神经系统肿瘤的0.06%~1%[1]。文献报告的颅内和椎管内病例数几乎相同,椎管内硬膜内外均可发生,但多位于髓外硬膜下[2]。单纯涉及神经根者国外文献共报告6例[2~7],国内未见报告。我院收治1例,报告如下。患者女,34岁。因“腰痛伴右下肢疼痛半个月”于2014年10月23日入院。患者自诉2周前出现腰部酸胀 Melanoma meningioma is a rare benign tumor of the central nervous system, its incidence rate of 0.06% to 1% of central nervous system tumors [1].
