With the economic and social development, the people are demanding more and more high-quality educational resources. To educate the people on their satisfaction needs excellent educational resources and an excellent team of teachers. However, there are still some restrictive factors in the professional development of teachers, such as: teachers ’misunderstanding of the connotation of “professional development ”; the weak awareness of individual autonomous professional development; and the lack of research mode of teachers’ professional development.
