本文介绍在空蚀区注入惰性气体(氩气)消除空蚀的试验过程和结果,为便于比较,同时也注入氢气和空气来作试验。试验结果表明,在相同试验条件下和相同的试验时间内,铝合金(LYIZC)和铸铁(HT2547)在海水中剥蚀量远高于在蒸馏水中的剥蚀量。 如果注入相同流量的气体,则注入惰性气体抗空蚀效果最佳,但在非腐蚀介质中,如蒸馏水,注入任何一种气体都有良好抗空蚀效果。本研究中除用天平测定失重外,还用表面粗糙度仪、光学显微镜和扫瞄电子显微镜观察试件形貌。
This article describes the experimental procedure and results of cavitation erosion by injecting an inert gas (argon) into the cavitation zone. Experiments were also conducted with hydrogen and air injected simultaneously for ease of comparison. The results show that the amount of denudation in LYIZC and HT2547 in seawater is much higher than that in distilled water under the same test conditions and the same test time. Injecting the same volume of gas results in the best cavitation resistance, but good non-corrosive media, such as distilled water, have good cavitation resistance when injected with either gas. In this study, in addition to measuring the weight loss with a balance, but also with a surface roughness instrument, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy to observe the specimen morphology.
