在本文中,讨论了铁水予脱铬的合理目标,介绍Cr-C选择氧化临界温度的计算方法,提出根据摇包脱铬的实际经验,估算的铁水予处理炉渣中Cr_2O_3活度系数的数据。据此拟订的在氧气摇包采用多段吹氧一空摇工艺的大致温度制度,用以指导铁水予脱铬实验室模拟试验和半工业性试验,曾得到很好的铁水脱铬保碳效果,获得了完全符合炼钢要求的半钢。在本文中还论证了在多段吹氧一空摇工艺中空摇的重要作用。
In this paper, the reasonable goal of hot metal dechromination was discussed. The calculation method of Cr-C selective oxidation critical temperature was introduced. The data of activity coefficient of Cr_2O_3 in hot metal treated slag was estimated based on the actual experience of shake-off of chromium. Therefore, the approximate temperature system of multi-stage oxygen blowing and air-swinging process in oxygen rocking was developed to guide the laboratory simulation and semi-industrial experiments of hot metal dechromization. The good effect of chromium removal and carbon retention was obtained. Semi-steel fully meets the steelmaking requirements. In this paper, we also demonstrate the important role of rocking in multi-stage oxygen-air-rocking process.
