多药耐药是近年来乳腺癌治疗研究的困扰之一。目前,乳腺癌耐药蛋白(BCRP)、肺耐药蛋白(LRP)和胸苷酸合成酶(TS)在乳腺癌中的研究已成为热点,有望成为一种新的治疗靶点。本文对其基因定位、编码蛋白的结构、分布和生理功能进行了阐述,且概述了目前BCRP、LRP和TS耐药机制、逆转措施以及临床意义的研究进展。
Multidrug resistance is one of the problems in breast cancer research in recent years. At present, the research of breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP), lung resistance protein (LRP) and thymidylate synthase (TS) has become a hot spot and is expected to become a new therapeutic target. In this paper, the gene localization, the structure, distribution and physiological functions of the encoded proteins are described. The current research progress of the mechanisms, reversal measures and clinical significance of BCRP, LRP and TS resistance are summarized.
