rn转子式翻车机由于在牵引挂钩、溜车定位、转子翻车等工序中存在一些需要人工干预的环节,不能完全应用计算机进行自动控制,严重影响了设备使用率的提高和全过程自动化的实现。通过对武钢焦化厂转子式翻车机的改造,特别是对翻车机重点作业工艺过程中的溜车精确定位自动化的实现和转子稳速的有效控制,使该装备的技术水平在整体上得到较大提高,保留并发扬了这一传统机型具有的结构巧妙、强度高、造价低、适用性强的优势,对于全国转子式翻车机的改造具有一定参考价值。“,”The improvement of availability of the equipments and realization of full process automation are severely affected since manual intervention is still needed in a certain production processes such as pothook towing,sliding car positioning and rotor turnover and automatical computer control can not be executed completely.The technological level of the machine is greatly raised as a whole by means of revamp of the rotor dumper,particularly realization of the full automation of the important operating process,namely the accurate positioning of the sliding car.Results show that this traditional rotor dumper is in possession of such a few advantages as ingenious structure,high strength,low manufacturing cost and high adaptibility,which has been kept and developed.It is of certain referential value for revamp of the rotor dumper of similar type in the country.
