会计学是应用性很强的管理学科,然而大量的社会调查反馈信息表明,目前我国会计学本科生的培养质量严重低于社会期望。在社会网络视域下,会计人才的培养模式要充分利用社会兼职导师、家族式企业关系性嵌入和教师社会兼职等方式,提高会计学专业学生的实践能力。这种基于社会网络的会计人才培养新模式,不仅促进了学校学生、企业及其它社会组织利益的实现,更达成了会计学科应用性强的培养目标,是一种综合创新的共赢模式。
Accounting is a highly applied management discipline, however, a large number of social survey feedback shows that at present our country’s accounting undergraduate training quality seriously lower than the social expectations. From the perspective of social network, the training model of accounting talents should make full use of social part-time tutors, family business relationship embedding and teachers’ social part-time to improve the practical ability of accounting major students. This new model of accounting personnel training based on social network has not only promoted the realization of interests of school students, enterprises and other social organizations, but also achieved the objective of cultivating strong applicability of accounting disciplines. It is also a win-win model of comprehensive innovation.
