目的:探讨复方隔山消颗粒对胃肠运动的影响及其机制。方法:用硫酸阿托品抑制小鼠小肠推进运动,观察复方隔山消颗粒对小肠推进运动的影响;以夹尾刺激法制造大鼠功能性消化不良模型,观察复方隔山消颗粒对模型大鼠胃黏膜一氧化氮(NO)含量和血中胃肠激素水平的影响。结果:复方隔山消颗粒能明显提高小肠运动受抑小鼠的小肠推进功能,显著降低功能性消化不良大鼠胃黏膜NO含量,明显升高其血清胃泌素(GAS)和血浆胃动素(MTL)含量。结论:复方隔山消颗粒能促进胃肠运动,其机制可能与其降低胃黏膜NO含量,提高血清GAS和血浆MTL水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Fufang Xiaoshan Xiaoyu Granule on gastrointestinal motility and its mechanism. METHODS: Atropine sulfate was used to inhibit the small intestine propulsion in mice. The effects of Fufang Xiaoshan Xiaoyu Granule on the small intestine propulsion were observed. The model of functional dyspepsia was made by tail-tailed stimulation. Nitric oxide (NO) content and blood levels of gastrointestinal hormones. Results: Wushanxiao granule can obviously improve the small intestine propulsion function in mice with small intestinal motility, significantly reduce the content of NO in gastric mucosa in rats with functional dyspepsia, and significantly increase the serum gastrin (GAS) and plasma motilin MTL) content. CONCLUSION: Compound Wushanxiao Granules can promote gastrointestinal motility, the mechanism may be related to its reduction of gastric mucosal NO content, increase of serum GAS and plasma MTL levels.
