黄土高原是我国水土流失最为严重的地区之一,同时也是黄河泥沙的主要来源。近几十年来,我国在坝地防洪保收技术、工程设计方面都取得了很大的成绩,对淤地坝建设工程起到了良好的指导作用。随着经济发展水平的不断提高,对坝系规划的合理评价也提出了更高的要求。该文对晋西乃至整个黄土高原小流域坝系提出了合理的规划与评价方法,为今后推动坝系的健康发展提供了重要的决策依据。
The Loess Plateau is one of the areas with the most serious soil erosion in China, and is also the main source of sediment in the Yellow River. In recent decades, great achievements have been made in flood control technology and project design of dam sites in our country, playing a good guiding role in the construction of silt dam. With the continuous improvement of economic development level, the rational evaluation of dam system planning also put forward higher requirements. This paper proposed a reasonable planning and evaluation method for the dam system in the small watershed of Shanxi and even the whole Loess Plateau, which provided an important decision-making basis for promoting the healthy development of the dam system in the future.
