涡旋压缩机采用轴向和径向密封技术,其效率可与其它旋转式或往复式压缩机相竞争。该机承受的载荷和扭矩较平稳,特别适用于空调。本文研究了利用回的渐开线的涡旋压缩机,计算了排量容积,借假定等熵或多变过程得出轴向、切向和径向各分量,为动涡旋和十字偶合器建立各个运动方程式。这些方程式用分析方法解出,并计算了动涡旋体和十字偶合器的运动。涡旋体的运动受十字偶合器惯性力的影响,径向密封力以旋转频率的双倍频率改变。估测了作用在动涡旋体上的倾覆力矩,并弄清楚了对动涡旋体的稳定性条件。
Scroll compressors use both axial and radial sealing technology and their efficiency can compete with other rotary or reciprocating compressors.
