根据化工企业生产工艺及工况环境的特殊性,按照实际需要,如何通过仪表来实现化工反应过程中水浴加热所需的恒温水的水箱温度控制要求,选用符合安全及生产工艺要求的控制方案,同时又考虑了制造成本及使用方便的目的,体现在控制目的实现过程中对性价比要求的满足。本文正是利用仪表回差方法,经过实际控制应用的设计、安装、调试及投入运行,说明通过使用仪表及相关组件构成的控制回路,能够满足实际生产中对恒温控制要求的控温方案的应用实例。
