中国企业在国际化中带有明显的后发型特征,有着不同于先发企业的国际化动因选择。中国企业真正意义上的境外投资始于20世纪70年代末期,开拓国际市场的时间较短,大大滞后于先发国家的企业国际化进程。中国尽管不乏成功的企业国际化案例,但是从整体上讲中国企业仍处于国际化的初级阶段。中国后发型企业的国际化战略动因主要有以下几种类型。
Chinese enterprises have obvious post-hairstyle characteristics in internationalization and have different international motivation choices than starting companies. Chinese enterprises in the true sense of overseas investment began in the late 1970s, opening up the international market for a relatively short period of time, far behind the process of internationalization of enterprises in the starting countries. Although there are many successful cases of internationalization of enterprises in China, on the whole, Chinese enterprises are still in the initial stage of internationalization. The main reason for the internationalization strategy of China’s post-hairstyle enterprises is the following types.
