分别用硅烷偶联剂KH550、KH560和KH570对四针状氧化锌晶须进行表面改性研究,考察偶联剂的用量、处理方法等对改性效果的影响。结果表明:湿法改性效果优于干法,KH570的改性效果好于其它两种偶联剂。通过扫描电镜和力学性能测试对经KH570处理过的氧化锌晶须与聚丙烯制成复合材料的界面作用效果进行考查。结果显示:处理后的四针状氧化锌晶须与聚丙烯基体界面作用良好,所制备的复合材料力学性能优于未经处理的四针状氧化锌晶须所制备的材料。
Silane coupling agents KH550, KH560 and KH570 were respectively used to study the surface modification of the four-needle zinc oxide whiskers. The effects of the amount of coupling agent and the treatment method on the modification were investigated. The results show that the wet modification is better than the dry method, and the modification effect of KH570 is better than the other two coupling agents. The interfacial effects of KH570-treated ZnO whiskers and polypropylene composites were examined by scanning electron microscopy and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the treated four-needle zinc oxide whisker has a good interface with the polypropylene matrix, and the prepared composite has better mechanical properties than the untreated needle-shaped zinc oxide whiskers.
