本文论述了在业图书馆在信息时代现职的国书情报人员转变为信息工作人员的同时，针对农业图书馆人才的现状、问题，提出了衣业图书馆员继续教育的必要性和对策。
This paper discusses the current situation and problems of the library staffs in the Libraries when they change into the information workers in the information age. At the same time, it puts forward the necessity and countermeasures of continuing education for the Librarians in the industry.
