开滦唐家庄矿于1982年11月以来,先后对徐家楼主井(箕斗)、副井(提人)及厂里三号井(提人)等绞车转子接触器电路进行了改革,实现了(n-1)段接触器的节电运行。5个多月来各台绞车的运转实践证明,这项改革是正确可行的。改革之后,象徐家楼这样的绞车,每年不但可节电两万多度,而且也延长了线圈及触点的使用寿命。提升全速运行时,转子外电阻电路接触器由几个带电变为一个带电,也大大减少噪音,改善了司机的工作环境。一,对传统电路的评论卷扬机的加速过程,是靠转子接触器的吸合,从而短接各段电阻来实现的。转子接触器第一段吸合后(经过时间和电流控制)接着第二段吸合……,第三段吸合……,直到最后一段
