天津市滨海新区泰达广场城市综合体于2012年12月竣工,总建筑面积为505000m~2,由4栋超高层办公楼和商业裙房构成,设计上主要采用了以下设计策略:(1)建设城市中心的立体花园,形成从中心广场至裙房屋顶花园的连绵起伏的屋顶花园。(2)利用内庭、下沉广场打造舒适的户外空间。裙房屋顶设有内庭,中心广场内设有下沉广场,既可抵御冬季寒风,提高户外环境的舒适度,又为室内空间引入自然 Tianjin Binhai New Area TEDA Square City Complex was completed in December 2012 with a total GFA of 505,000m 2. It consists of 4 super high-rise office buildings and commercial podium. The design mainly adopts the following design strategies: (1) Construction A three-dimensional garden in the city center forms the rolling roof garden from the central square to the podium roof garden.
