试验选用侵蚀剂配方为:5克苦味酸加4克海鸥洗发膏加100~300ml水,煮沸3~5min。用此侵蚀剂分别对18Cr2Ni4WA、30CrMnSi、42CrMo、16Mn、921、45~#、T12、GCr15、W13Cr4V等钢进行了原奥氏体晶界显示研究,其中研究重点是18Cr2Ni4WA钢。试样腐蚀采用擦拭法,即将溶液配制好后,并调试到指定温度,用棉花球蘸取溶液擦拭试样表面,按不同时间取出用光学显微镜观察腐蚀效果。试验详细规程及结果列于表1~3。金相图片见图1~7。结果表明该腐蚀剂对18Cr2Ni4WA、30CrMnsi、
Test selection of the erosive formula: 5 grams of picric acid plus 4 grams of seagull shampoo plus 100 ~ 300ml water, boil 3 ~ 5min. The original austenite grain boundaries of 18Cr2Ni4WA, 30CrMnSi, 42CrMo, 16Mn, 921,45 ~ #, T12, GCr15 and W13Cr4V were studied by using this etchant. The research emphasis was 18Cr2Ni4WA steel. Sample corrosion using wipe method, the solution is prepared, and debug to the specified temperature, with a cotton ball dipped in the solution to wipe the surface of the sample, according to different time removed with an optical microscope to observe the corrosion effect.
