随着我国经济的发展进步,供电企业的供电营销管理与先进企业相比在市场化的水平和营销管理的水平上存在较大差距,企业若想提升经济效益,应注意电力营销管理方面的工作。供电企业电力营销部门的相关员工以及领导应以市场需求为导向,深入改造基础设施,提升自身的市场竞争力。文章对供电企业供电营销管理方面的缺陷进行了明确的剖析,并提出了供电营销管理中需要完善的地方,以便实现企业效益最大化。
With the development of economy in our country, there is a big gap between marketization level and marketing management level of power supply marketing management in power supply enterprises compared with advanced enterprises. Enterprises should pay attention to the work of power marketing management if they want to enhance their economic benefits . Relevant employees and leaders of the electricity marketing department of the power supply enterprises should be guided by the market demand, deeply transform the infrastructure and enhance their market competitiveness. This article makes a clear analysis of the defects of power supply marketing management in power supply enterprises and puts forward the areas that need to be improved in power supply marketing management in order to maximize the benefits of enterprises.
