一、前言随着高参数,大容量汽轮机组的发展,如何提高真空系统的严密性以提高机组的真空度、正确估算漏入汽轮机真空系统中的空气量、合理选择抽气器的容量,对保证机组的安全、经济运行降低投资,减少厂用电具有很重要的意义。目前国产200MW汽轮机普遍存在真空度低的现象。真空度低的主要原因是什么;如何提高机组的真空度;在保证汽轮机凝汽设备正常工作的前提下,如何正确地选择抽气器的容量(抽吸的干空气量kg/h)等,都是当前人们普遍关注的问题。
