目的建立水中挥发酚、氰化物、六价铬、甲醛和阴离子合成洗涤剂的流动分析方法。方法采用荷兰SKARLAR公司的San++流动注射分析仪,通过一个三通前置和一个四通前置装置,分别将样品送至挥发酚、氰化物、六价铬、甲醛和阴离子合成洗涤剂5个模块,使得检测可以同时进行。结果挥发酚、氰化物、六价铬、甲醛和阴离子合成洗涤剂的方法检出限分别为0.000 5 mg/L、0.000 4 mg/L、0.001 2 mg/L、0.020 mg/L和0.015 mg/L。各指标在3种不同浓度水平下的加标回收率为97.5%~110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.89%~7.65%。测定环境标准样品结果均在保证值以内。结论本法简便易行,可用于流动注射分析仪同时检测水中挥发酚、氰化物、六价铬、甲醛和阴离子合成洗涤剂。
Objective To establish a flow analysis method for the synthesis of volatile phenol, cyanide, hexavalent chromium, formaldehyde and anionic synthetic detergent in water. Methods The San ++ flow injection analyzer from SKARLAR Company of Netherlands was used to send 5 samples of volatile phenol, cyanide, hexavalent chromium, formaldehyde and anionic synthetic detergent through a three-way front and four-way front device, respectively , So that testing can be carried out simultaneously. Results The detection limits of volatile phenol, cyanide, hexavalent chromium, formaldehyde and anionic synthetic detergents were 0.000 5 mg / L, 0.000 4 mg / L, 0.001 2 mg / L, 0.020 mg / L and 0.015 mg / L. The spiked recoveries were 97.5% ~ 110% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.89% ~ 7.65% at three different concentration levels. Determination of environmental standard sample results are within the guaranteed value. Conclusion This method is simple and easy to use and can be used for simultaneous determination of volatile phenol, cyanide, hexavalent chromium, formaldehyde and anionic synthetic detergent in water by flow injection analyzer.
