为了解我国社区卫生服务机构基本情况,2002年年底对全国31个省、自治区、直辖市的城市社区卫生服务机构情况进行调查分析。结果显示,到2002年年底,全国开展了社区卫生服务工作的城市达到358个。地级城市、市辖区及县级市开展社区卫生服务覆盖面分别为92.1％,80.3％和28.0％,建立社区卫生服务机构12 132个,与2001年同期相比增长了31.6％。社区卫生服务发展迅速并存在地区间不平衡性,建议加强中小城市社区卫生服务建设、完善机构管理和信息统计制度。
In order to understand the basic situation of the community health service institutions in China, the situation of urban community health service institutions in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government was investigated and analyzed at the end of 2002. The results show that by the end of 2002, there were 358 cities nationwide that had carried out community health service work. The coverage of community health services conducted by prefecture-level cities, municipal districts, and county-level cities was 92.1%, 80.3%, and 28.0%, respectively, and 12,132 community health service institutions were established, an increase of 31.6% compared with the same period in 2001. The development of community health services is rapid and there are regional imbalances. It is proposed to strengthen the community health service construction in small and medium-sized cities and improve institutional management and information statistics systems.
