本文根据近几年的研究结果对CTL细胞和NK细胞介导的靶细胞杀伤过程作了扼要概述。Fas/Fas配体穿孔素/粒酶系统介导的靶细胞程序性死亡过程中主要参与分子有:穿孔素、粒酶、Ca~(2+)、ICE家族等。Fas/Fas配体系统介导的活化T细胞的程序性死亡过程中主要参与分子有:Fas、Fas配体,FADD/MORT1、RIP,FAP-1、ICE家族等,此系统主要功能在于下调免疫应答强度。上述二系统行使功能的详细信号传导途径仍不甚了解。
In this paper, based on the results of recent years, CTL cells and NK cells-mediated killing of target cells made a brief overview. The main participating molecules of perforin / granzyme system-mediated apoptosis of target cells are perforin, granzyme, Ca 2+, ICE family and so on.
