In order to implement the spirit and requirements of the air force party committees on strengthening grassroots construction directives, the Ministry of Public Health and Air Force dispatched 4 touring medical teams to the remote and hard-liners from March to May 2000 at the same time. Our fourth touring medical team went to the east and south China coasts for patrols 32 work points and 40 remote and even company teams (stations and stations).
