未来作战中地面部队将面临越来越多来自空间的威胁,其中最突出的是侦察卫星威胁。以光学成像侦察卫星为例,进行了卫星威胁评估方法研究。首先探讨了卫星图像品质评价方法和影响因素,建立了侦察卫星对地面目标的检测概率模型,并引入光照、气象、对比度影响因子对检测概率进行修正。在此基础上考虑军事任务需求建立了针对目标尺寸已知情况下的威胁度计算模型,进一步按照目标大小划分威胁等级,给出了卫星威胁等级评价方法,所得到的威胁等级指标可为军事行动提供参考。最后给出了光学侦察卫星威胁评估应用实例。
Future combat ground forces will face more and more threats from space, the most prominent of which is the threat of reconnaissance satellites. Taking the optical imaging reconnaissance satellite as an example, the satellite threat assessment method is studied. Firstly, the methods and influencing factors of satellite image quality evaluation are discussed. The probabilistic model of the satellite target on the ground is established, and the influence factors of light, weather and contrast are introduced to correct the detection probability. On this basis, considering the needs of military mission, a model of threat degree for target size is established, the threat level is further divided according to the target size, and the method for evaluating the threat level of satellite is given. The threat level indicator obtained can be military action for reference. Finally, the application example of optical reconnaissance satellite threat assessment is given.
