目的 了解中药复方制剂延藿骨宝与己烯雌酚(DES)对去卵巢大鼠骨代谢的影响,并对两者疗效进行比较。方法 用3月龄雌性SD大鼠31只,随机分为基础对照组、年龄对照组、去卵巢DES治疗组〔灌胃45mg/L的己烯雌酚5ml/(kg·d)〕和去卵巢延藿骨宝治疗组〔灌胃含生药浓度为330g/L的延藿骨宝5ml/(kg·d)〕,每周6次,12周后处死,胫骨上段行不脱钙骨制片骨形态计量学分析。结果 己烯雌酚与延藿骨宝都有预防去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用(骨小梁面积百分率分别增加了122%和83%),但两者作用机理不同,己烯雌酚主要是明显抑制去卵巢引起的骨高转换,而延藿骨宝则主要是抑制去卵巢大鼠的骨吸收,对骨形成无明显抑制作用。结论 延藿骨宝与己烯雌酚都有预防去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的作用,两者效应基本一致。
