目的:了解闵行区莘庄和梅陇两家社区婴儿母亲家庭成员对母乳喂养的态度及返岗后工作场所对母乳喂养的支持状况。方法:对闵行区莘庄和梅陇两家社区306名婴儿母亲就返岗情况、家庭成员对母乳喂养的态度和工作场所对母乳喂养的支持状况进行问卷调查。结果:超过95%的婴幼儿母亲其主要家庭成员对于母乳喂养持支持态度,但仅52.6%的婴儿母亲能感受到专职月嫂对母乳喂养的支持。在152位产后1年内恢复工作且继续母乳喂养的婴儿母亲中,94.5%能享受到工作单位每天1 h的哺乳假,87.7%的工作单位有存放乳汁的冰箱,但是仅19.8%的母亲所在的工作单位有专门哺乳的房间。结论:专职家庭母婴护理人员对母乳喂养的支持态度亟待改善;返岗后母乳喂养的政策条件和客观工作环境仍需改善,包括延长1 h的哺乳假至两岁和设立专门的哺乳房间。
OBJECTIVES: To understand the attitude of breastfeeding parents and their family members in two communities in Xinzhuang and Meilong, Minhang District and their support for breastfeeding in the workplace after returning to work. Methods: A total of 306 infant mothers from Xinzhuang and Meilong communities in Minhang District were surveyed on their return to work, the attitude of family members to breastfeeding and the support for breastfeeding in the workplace. Results: More than 95% of infants and mothers have their main family members supportive of breastfeeding, but only 52.6% of mothers of infants feel full-time support for breastfeeding. 94.5% of infants who returned to work and continued to breastfeed within the first 152 days of delivery were able to enjoy 1 hour of work-place lactation leave per day, while 87.7% of the work units had refrigerated milk-freezers, but only 19.8% of mothers The work unit has a specialized breastfeeding room. Conclusion: The supportive attitude towards breastfeeding of full-time home-based nursing staff needs to be improved urgently. The policy conditions and objective working environment for breastfeeding need to be improved after returning to work, including the extension of 1-hour breast-feeding leave to 2 years old and establishment of a special breast-feeding room.
