采用问卷调查的方法对公司基层员工的工作价值取向、员工需求状况、企业核心价值观的认同情况进行调查分析,为进一步推进企业文化建设、建立更有效地员工激励机制提供参考。
The questionnaire survey method is used to investigate and analyze the grass-roots employees’ work value orientation, employee demand status and the identification of core values of the company, so as to provide reference for further promoting the corporate culture building and establishing a more effective employee incentive mechanism.
